One product, for every role
Green loans, with numbers you can share
Your client plans the works inside your app, under your brand. The advisor sees the range, the label impact and a report ready for the file.
A clear renovation story for every listing
A shareable renovation report for label-F or E homes, ready before the first viewing. From an EPC upload or straight from your CRM.
Present where the budget takes shape
Your brand beside the measure it sells, in a report that already names the work and the price. Always marked as advertising.
From address to report
Is your client talking about renovating? Then you build a Setle report in the same conversation.
Start from the address
The address and the EPC set the scene. Every measure is priced for the region. No site visit, no forms to fill first.
Shape the plan
Works in a sensible order, with price ranges backed by real quotes. Premiums for the renovations and the label gain at each step.
Hand over the report
Leave with a clear document: the budget, the label gain and what that means for a green loan.
One report, trusted by banks
KBC, Crelan, BNP Paribas Fortis and Fintro use the report in the credit conversation.
The report follows the EU rules for green loans. You attach it to the file as it is.
Integrated at
Every measure, roof to floor.
Switch on whatever you are considering. The plan recalculates at once, at the rate for the region.
With Belgian banks and partners since 2016.
“As a cooperative bank we take our responsibility by encouraging sustainable investment through loans for more energy-efficient homes.”

Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia each have their own timeline. Setle keeps track of them for you.
Flanders, on purchase
Buying a home with label E or F? Then it has to reach label D within 6 years.
Flanders, for rentals
From 2030, a conformity certificate needs at least label D for a terraced house or apartment, and label E for a detached or semi-detached home.
Wallonia, every home
From 2031, every home must reach at least label PEB F.
Brussels, every home
By 2033, every home has to reach at least label EPB E.
Frequently asked questions
An EPC states the condition the property is in today. Setle states what you do about it: which works, in which order, what they cost and the label you reach afterwards. The certificate does not replace the plan, it is where the plan starts.
Start from the address or upload the EPC, and the plan is there in the same conversation. No site visit, no forms first, no day of training.
Every item carries a low, a guide and a high price, set for its region. Those prices come from real quotes in Belgium. The work that goes with it, like scaffolding, is priced with it. The same team that builds the model keeps them current.
See it on a property from your own portfolio.
